I'm not sure when or why your app has decided to take a turn for the worse but the app is super annoying and dysfunctional. I use 6 of your plugs on my network. They were highly functional. Meaning, they would show up on the app as online, so I can manually turn them on and off. Also, the timer function worked properly. As of late, the app consistently shows each plug as offline when I'm in my network (nothing has changed within my network) and the timer doesn't always turn plugs on and off

For those who recently purchased a Feit device, you may need to hold on to your receipt. App functionality is pretty abysmal. Connecting via WiFi doesn't work, and the orange "Confirm" button when trying AP mode literally isn't a button (nothing happens when you click it), rendering the "smart" side of the bulb obsolete. The other reviews speak for themselves. The lack of support from Feit in the reviews further proves that point.

Horrible app design. Poor navigation path. Bugs everywhere. Controls often break for unknown reasons. Scenes disconnect easily from your bulbs. Deleting, editing, or recreating scenes are a chore. Adding a light always requires you wait 2 minutes MINIMUM, even if it's finished connecting. The confirm button for AP connect literally doesn't work. For some reason, you can't turn a light mode (like flashing lights) into a scene. Baffling. Never again.
